olive oil*, pomegranates, plums, figs, almonds,
strawberries and aromatic plants that the chef uses in
all dishes.
Your hosts, Beatrice and David will help you discover
Berber gastronomy such as barley couscous, chicken
tajine with honey, tanourt bread, timija mint tea….
Meals and breakfasts can be taken as one chooses: in the
dining area of the living room in the villas, on the
terraces of the villas, beside the swimming pool or in
the restaurant.
